How do I return an item?
You may return most unused items purchased at Medical Equipment Resource Inc. within ten (10) days of the original delivery date. All returns are subject to inspection and must be in new, unused and resalable condition, and contain the original packing materials, manuals, and blank warranty cards. Any merchandise deemed unsuitable for resale will not be accepted for a refund.This includes items damaged due to abuse or negligence. Items meeting the criteria listed above will be subject to the industry standard 25% restocking fee. Returns requests beyond ten (10) days from date of delivery, and shipping/Insurance charges are not returnable or refundable.
We will pay return shipping costs if the product is defective, or if the return is the result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible paying for return shipping and insurance. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact Medical Equipment Resale via phone at 1-304-6756, to obtain an RMA. We will credit you in the same manner as original payment within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
No returns will be allowed on items shipped outside of the United States of America.
